Angel: You know, I killed my actual dad. It was one of the first things I did when I became a vampire. Wesley: I hardly see how that's the same situation. Angel: Yeah. I didn't really think that one through.

Spike's Bitches 34: They're All Slime and Antlers

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Sadly, I tend to be mean when I am sick. and it is worse now that I have both diabetes and asthma. I have to spend x amount of time convinceing Dh that I am not dying, that I just have z and no I really don't care a lot about what is for dinner as long as i is in my comfort food zone and I Promise I will tell you if I want something. And if you think I need to drink more liquid, or just would like a cup of tea , bring me one- please don't make me decide. Really it isn't tragic if I don't drink it. meanwhile, I am bored with tv, don't have enough brain for books, and a teeny tiny part of me is wondering if maybe, just maybe this is going to be a serious illness.

ummm... what I meant to say is that I have a lot of sympathy for both of you. But , even if he can't fix it now, may J figure out on his own that perhaps he was out of line.

and ma~~~ headed to SanDiego

BOOK: "River..? Please, why don't you come on out..." RIVER: "No. Can't. Too much hair." - 'Jaynestown'

It's 46° here in Orange County now, but it's supposed to get as low as 32° later tonight. Eeek, it's like winter or something!!

Ford "Airstream" electric concept car

I guess it does look a bit like something that would pull an Airstream trailer...

Now tagless for your comfort.

Yeah, what's that all about?

Now see, everyone's going to be saying, "what global warming?" *sigh*

Betsy, I nearly tore DH's head off today in a fit of exhaustion and stress and feel awful about it. I'm always amazed at how stupid and mean I can be to someone who loves and supports me--taking someone for granted is, unfortunately, easy to do. Frighteningly easy.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Yah I wore long johns to work today and I am still cold. Inside a building! (see Juliana's comment above re: insulation) Tomorrow if I go anywhere I'm wearing a parka.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Now see, everyone's going to be saying, "what global warming?" *sigh*

Why I like Amory Lovins' new phrase: "global weirding".
