Oooh, just got a whole bunch of boxes delivered. I now own a thermos, a new vegan cookbook, a new "Why factory farms are destroying America" book, "YOU: On A Diet," a 2007 calendar, and vital what gluten flour. I can cook seitan, figure out why it's healthy, feel smug that it's not meat, and keep it warm! And, um, know what date it is while I'm doing all this, I guess.
