I'm sorry, dad. You know I would never have tried to save River's life if I had known there was a dinner party at risk.

Spike's Bitches 34: They're All Slime and Antlers

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

handmedowns that came from outside the family were better than new because trying out clothes in my room = playing dress-up

Oh, god, so true! So much fun.

I was lucky enough to end up with the same shoe size as my grandmother. She had a tendency to find a pair of shoes that fit comfortably, buy every colour there was in that style, develop a bit of a pinch in her toes when she wore them and give the whole lot to me. All my best shoes came from her. The only downside is that now I have no idea what brands or makers or whatever to look for to replace the ones that I love but that are falling apart. Mmmm, shoes.

Gleepers.

Pierce Brosnan was a stone hottie back in the day! Pre-Remington Steele movie, "Taffin", he's got shaggy hair and tight jeans and I keep losing words and being unable to explain it to my hubbie.

Our wings are not tired.

Mmmmmm. Pierce Brosnan. I could use some of that.

I'm biting ridges in my tongue because my dear friend is behaving self-destructively. She told me not to say anything because she knows how I feel about it. Grrrrr

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

GC, I'm fascinated by Dare Wright's story, too. So many of the great children's book writers are slightly off or at least eccentric.

We're in Tahoe with no snow, but good company. Alex, Kris and India (who came to JZs shower), and JZs bro Chris. Matilda is zonked in my arms (one handed typing) and Emmett's very happy playing poker.

Details!!

What happens at Rotic Dinner stays at Rotic Dinner.

It was a blast. Lex, the director of V-Day 2004 came, and I haven't seen her in a couple of years. It was like a little V-Day reunion (thessally and Nora) with my friend, V (from church) and two of my little brother's friends. A little bit of worlds crashings, but much fun.

Tom, Victor, and Frankenbuddah went out for dinner in the Square, then came back for dessert. I really think everyone had a good time. I know I did. I also know I'm a weeeeeee bit drunk. Drinking some coffee so I can take my meds and go to bed.
