Cindy, I use a steroid nasal spray. It irritates my nose for about 10 seconds and that's it. It really does help.

The nasal spray can burn for a few seconds, especially if you are really stuffed up, but they help so much. I hope you feel better soon, Cindy.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.
I use a steroidal nasal spray, and it has helped me immensely. Soemtimes it burns a little, if I aim it, like, straight up under my eye, but it goes away fast.

It's true! Howard's totally thrown down. I want Obama to settle it in the old-fashioned way, with bare knuckles at dawn. Mainly because I like the image of our PM getting smacked around. He's getting smacked in the papers and by the Opposition, incidentally. Howard usually plays lowest-common-denominator politics very skilfully, but he's cocked this one up good and proper.
