Angel: I appreciate you guys looking out for Connor all summer. It's just—he's confused. He needs time. That's all. Fred: Right. Time, and some corporal punishment with a large heavy mallet. Not that I'm bitter.

Spike's Bitches 34: They're All Slime and Antlers

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

The status is NOT quo.

Not sure. I'm sorry to be so vague and off-putting, but I'm just not really feeling the birthday thing this year. Not sure, really. It's kind of weird.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Welllll... I do still need my pants. I'll see when my new boss wants me and try to schedule at least a meal with you this weekend.

edit: boss says schedule already published. Checking it now.

The status is NOT quo.

Where did you get transferred? And in terms of the uniform, we can work that out--you can certainly stop by and pick it up, or I can bring it to work and meet you afterwards one day or something.

I got transferred to Lakewood. I have Sunday off. How about a late lunch/early dunner on Sunday?

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

FYI, H&R Block Taxcut Online Basic is now $9.95, and TurboTax Online Basic is $14.95.

Right, but I also have to file two state returns. Also, TurboTax also has an even more basic version for free.

However, if your adjusted gross income is $52,000 or less and you start from the links on the IRS Free File page, you can use either program to prepare your federal tax return and e-file for free.

Curse my income!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Read through the thread really fast. ~ma to all the Buffistas who need it, and {hugs} to them as want 'em. Bev, especially, I'm so sorry about your mom. February is not being kind.

I've given up so many vices, and feel like there is bupkus to show for it.

So very much this. The only thing that's made any kind of difference in years was the Atkins diet, and I just don't think I've got the will to go carbless again. I want my old body back. I was skinny as a kid, slender during my twenties, and suddenly: bam. Fat. So tired of fighting it, so tired of living with it. Nothing seems to work. And if one more doctor tells me to "just cut out a bagel every morning and you'll lose a pound a week!" I will strangle that doctor with his own stethoscope.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

TurboTax also has an even more basic version for free.

Link?

Er, TurboTax.com?

No, silly, link to where you found the "even more basic version for free."

It's not on TurboTax's front page. If you are referring to the text "You can start using any of them for FREE and pay only when you’ve finished your return," note that you can start for free, but you have to pay when you complete the process.

TaxCut Online is the same way.

It's right there! On the front page! The Free Edition!
