Everything looks good from here... Yes. Yes, this is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... 'This Land.' I think we should call it 'your grave!' Ah, curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal! Ha ha HA! Mine is an evil laugh! Now die! Oh, no, God! Oh, dear God in heaven!

Spike's Bitches 34: They're All Slime and Antlers

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Aww. Thanks, Hec.

The status is NOT quo.

The Good: Today was "Pajama Day" at school (ah the joys of Spirit Week), so I have spent the day in flannel pants and a huge cotton nightshirt. Rock. All I need to do when I get home is peel off my bra before floppage commences.

The Bad: Stuff. I was about to write about it and then decided it's just not worth writing about. Nothing big--lots of little nibbled-to-death-by-ducks stuff. Bah.

Sparky YAY! Paris sounds incredible. Have fun! (I'll be the one dying of envy in the corner over here...)

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Hey KT: I need to get in touch with you

Laga, ok. I got your message, but it was a little hard to hear. Don't worry about taking the 9th off, though--no plans that night. No plans really for any night. I don't think I'm doing the birthday thing this year.

ETA: Upon rereading, that sounds amazingly angsty and semi-suicidal. I really just meant that I don't think I'm doing anything celebrate-y for my bday.

Oh no! Birthdays are sacred! Will I see you this weekend? How about Saturday or Sunday?

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Yeah, I've used TurboTax two years in a row, but a couple of my co-workers also recommend HR Block, even though it's a little more expensive.

FYI, H&R Block Taxcut Online Basic is now $9.95, and TurboTax Online Basic is $14.95.

However, if your adjusted gross income is $52,000 or less and you start from the links on the IRS Free File page, you can use either program to prepare your federal tax return and e-file for free.

Not sure. I'm sorry to be so vague and off-putting, but I'm just not really feeling the birthday thing this year. Not sure, really. It's kind of weird.

Welllll... I do still need my pants. I'll see when my new boss wants me and try to schedule at least a meal with you this weekend.

edit: boss says schedule already published. Checking it now.

Where did you get transferred? And in terms of the uniform, we can work that out--you can certainly stop by and pick it up, or I can bring it to work and meet you afterwards one day or something.

I got transferred to Lakewood. I have Sunday off. How about a late lunch/early dunner on Sunday?
