Aww yeah. So cute!
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Epic sums up why I failed at the Curves diet the first time.
I'm pretty sure if I wasn't doing this with my Mom, there'd be no way in Hell I'd get through it. As it is, we both bitch (small "b"). A Lot. But neither wants to disappoint the other. Frankly, I think the bitching helps too.
a FREAKING CRANE fell across the FREAKING 405 and it took GC 45 minutes to go 10 miles.
Correction: it took 2 hours and 45 minutes to go 10 miles. I'm still scarred. I never want to be on Sepulveda Blvd. again.
Still drowning in work and school crap. Yargh!
Happies and {{{}}} to Aidan! Happies also to Victor!

BIRTHDAY HAPPIES TO VICTOR AND TO AIDEN!
Inspired by all the Buffista fitness-having, I just completed my first in probably two years, spinning routine.
Through the power of the interbunny, I found Matthew Reyes on iamplify. What a joy. He's a sane, safety conscious, helpful, calm and informative instructor. Spinning class at home! On the spinner I've had for 7 years and have sorely underused!
In my defense, I bought the spinner when I had lots of money and was a certified instructor. I considered it a business expense at the time. Okay, that's not really a defense at all.
At least I think I can do it consistently now. Joy.Joy.
Those 20 lbs. I gained last year better be looking for the first bus out of town...or at least off my butt.
BIRTHDAY HAPPIES TO VICTOR AND TO AIDEN!
THANK YOU!!!!
I miss you!
Woot! Kristin huggage!
Victor! Happy Birthday!
Victor stopped by! Happy Day, Victor!
Go Beej! You reminded me of a friend and her sister when they used to go on walks together, making a conscious effort to keep the glutes tight. They called it "Walking Away from [their] Butts." I guess you can bike away from your butt too! Heh.
Home sweet home!
Have I mentioned that Mondays are LONG days?
