Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

~ma for Robin, and puppy~ma for Bartleby, and calm~ma to Beej.

The status is NOT quo.

Yeah, I know, but now you can join the other side once again and be graded.

Awesome. I can't wait to be the gradee rather than the grader.

ETA: Oh Beej! I hope Bartlby is okay!

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

I am now looking at the netanatomy site. Bodies are fascinating.

I'm not supposed to be here, as I'm supposed to be resting my eye. But there's only so much of that I can do at one time, as I bore easily. I'm listening to books on tape, but that makes me fall asleep enough to miss the story-line but not enough to actually sleep.

Much ~ma for Robin. My mom had the laparoscopic hysterectomy due to fibroids. She had a fairly long recovery, but she was pretty unhealthy at the time. I think she might have needed a transfusion from all her hemorrhaging too, but didn't get one.

Acceptance~ma for Kristin. Sounds like a really cool opportunity. Easy passage~ma to Bartleby; sounds like a really UNcool opportunity.

House~ma to Sue.

May the pumpkin do the job, Beej.

Kristin, program~ma. Maybe you can hook up with Fay when you're over there. And SA. And...wow, I think we all need to take a vacation to England!

So, here's a picture of what I've been doing all evening--the quilt label for the current quilt: [link] I think it turned out pretty cute.

That's very cool, vw. I love that you guys "sign" your quilt.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

What Sail said, vw. Very cool, and I love the ladybug.

Awww...thanks, guys!

I'm a big believer in "signing" the quilts...especially for something like this.
