I am now looking at the netanatomy site. Bodies are fascinating.
I'm not supposed to be here, as I'm supposed to be resting my eye. But there's only so much of that I can do at one time, as I bore easily. I'm listening to books on tape, but that makes me fall asleep enough to miss the story-line but not enough to actually sleep.
Much ~ma for Robin. My mom had the laparoscopic hysterectomy due to fibroids. She had a fairly long recovery, but she was pretty unhealthy at the time. I think she might have needed a transfusion from all her hemorrhaging too, but didn't get one.
Acceptance~ma for Kristin. Sounds like a really cool opportunity. Easy passage~ma to Bartleby; sounds like a really UNcool opportunity.
House~ma to Sue.
~ ma to Robin.
Healthy Dog~ma to Beej and her Bartleby.
Health~ma for poor Bartleby! Oh, Beej, I hope he's ok.
May the pumpkin do the job, Beej.
Kristin, program~ma. Maybe you can hook up with Fay when you're over there. And SA. And...wow, I think we all need to take a vacation to England!
So, here's a picture of what I've been doing all evening--the quilt label for the current quilt: [link] I think it turned out pretty cute.
That's very cool, vw. I love that you guys "sign" your quilt.
What Sail said, vw. Very cool, and I love the ladybug.
Awww...thanks, guys!
I'm a big believer in "signing" the quilts...especially for something like this.
The PBS quilting lady says that if you don't label and date your quilts, you will go to Hell.
She has pinking shears so I believe her.
Are you feeling better, vw?
(In meme news, I've now been awake for 37 hours, give or take, and I think I missed the window for going to bed at a decent hour tonight. I am no longer tired.)
Edited to clarify the question, and squee at the Empress!
