Oh, poor connie.
I'd go home if I weren't already taking tomorrow off. At least False Economy Food Poisoning is better than "what illness is this and is it infectious and am I going to give it Hubby, omg!"
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

In order for my BMI to be in the non-overweight range, I'd have to lose at least 50 non-pregnancy pounds. Which I'm pretty sure would have to involve cutting off a leg, because I haven't weighed that little since junior high.
Learning body fat percentage rules so much. You can't do it while pregnant, of course, but man, it's helpful in setting realistic goals.
140lbs = realistic for me, especially if I add muscle as well as lose fat.
130lbs = pushing it.
120lbs = intervention time.
Hey Teppy -
You know your coworker who insists on being literal when you ask "Do you know the time?"?
Could he maybe be autistic or have Aspergers?

Now, I have a scale that claims to measure BMI but all it asks for is my height and then calculates BMI based on that and my weight and that can't be right, can it?
The BMI has my ideal weight between 86-105 pounds. I haven't been near that since high school, and I don't expect to be ever again.

So true. I won't be near a gym after we move, unfortunately -- I wonder if my doctor would be able to measure this?

Since his nickname is "Chatty," I doubt it...
Ah, too late. I had the mac and cheese. AIWFG!
It usually is. I'm just feeling oddly anti-dairy today and voted accordingly.
Sorry about the ill-effects, connie, but I'm glad you figured it out.
I have a scale that tells me my body fat%, somehow; there is electricity involved but I also have to tell it how tall I am. It gives me numbers I can believe - very high numbers that I would prefer were not true, but make sense with my weight and build.

I was going to say -- he's very well-socialized and can be quite charming and more or less normal when he wants to be. I've seen it, both at work and outside of work. He just does the hyper-literal thing to be an asshead, I'm pretty sure.
Why are decent navy shoes so hard to find? All I want is a pair of decently priced, mid-heel navy pumps I can wear to work, and I just can't find any.
