Anyone want to go over the links page with a fine-toothed comb? I just cleaned up a little, but I'm sure stuff is outdated.
I will. I actually have time to breathe tonight.
Giles ,'Lies My Parents Told Me'
A thread to discuss naming threads, board policy, new thread suggestions, and anything else that has to do with board administration and maintenance. Guaranteed to include lively debate and polls. Natter discouraged, but not deleted.

sorry. wrong thread
I'm fine with politics in Natter, but if it were in its own thread I would be there.
Laura is me.
I noticed that the thread lists in the FAQ need to be updated. It doesn't list all of the WX threads, and has some long closed threads as still being up and running.
That thing is so big now it might deserve it's own page off the FAQ.
Since we have the Old Threads Home (and no longer have to defend our thread-proliferation to other TTers) do we even need it at all?
We probably don't need it... But I do like having the start and finish dates and, because I don't like to work these things out for myself, how long the threads lasted.
The current Archives have the start-finish dates. I don't think it would be too difficult to add the running times, but I also don't want to volunteer DX for more work, so I should probably let him answer.
Running times shouldn't be a problem. I have a drenload of threadsucks that I have to zip and put up, so I'll be working on the archive anyway.
I'd be in favour of a politics thread; I'm presuming flame-free doesn't mean vigorous-disagreement-free, and I think a thread where the conversation was a bit more robust than Natter would actually be quite good. (Although it would probably end up being mostly American politics, but I can live with that.)
