"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I like the " " cause you know, silence, not spoilery.

Oh. If the word whore is gonna set off bell's and whistles maybe it should be

"And did I mention there's a companion?"

Frankly I find whore funnier. Cause you know, whores, funny. Companions, NSM.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Companion's only funny when the whore is implied.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Cause you know, whores, funny. Companions, NSM.

True dat.

It's quite a conundrum. Whore, still funnier. Even with the implied.

You sip / say it's your crazy / straw say it's you're crazy / as you bicycle your soul / with beauty in your basket

since they will likely see the threads on the main page,

Well, if they use the message center, and read new, they never have to see the main page! Okay, unless you're having that funky thing where it redirects you to the main page. But that isn't happening to *me*, so I don't really care about it! la la la

But, seriously, won't that still pose a problem? Like if they see "Buffy 16: Uh Oh, Daddy's Home" people might unwillingly go nuts trying to figure out what context *that* came out of. And other people, like Fiona, will be annoyed during Grave when a great line is interrupted by their minds going, "Oh, so that's where the title came from!" or even "Where did I read that before? It's really familiar. Is Willow quoting the title of the latest Britney Spears song, to show she's really evil, or something?" I mean, not with Grave, obviously, because it's all aired, but...

... there's no way around that, is there?

with a gleam in my eye, and an almost airtight alibi

I really, really like "Oh my God, I'm a hack." Show-specific, writing-related, a Jossism, but in no way spoilery since it was something he said on the set rather than in a script.

Our wings are not tired.

I truly deeply love

Jayne: " "

but in the long run I think

"And did I mention there's a whore?"

works better. Whore funny.

Exactly. This totally gets my vote, for all these reasons.

Plus, it doesn't set off any prude-alerts that some folks might have at work or wherever.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Oh yeah, whore might be not-so-work-friendly.

Hack, then. I like monkeys, but we can save it until the unamericans have seen it, if they get to see it.
