If heath~ma can be sent in the direction of Otter Lake, NY I would appreciate it. Mom is in the hospital getting treated for pneumonia, again. She has had it several times in the past few years. She had a cold/flu and her grandson was watching her closely, checking her oxygen levels, listening to her chest, etc. and decided to take her to the ER this morning.
They admitted her and hope to give her IV drugs and be able to release her in a day or two since my nephew has a lot of EMT experience and lives very close by. They will send her home with oxygen but he was already a step ahead and had picked up a tank from the local firehouse to have on hand.
It isn't bad, but she will be 93 this summer and has heart valve issues, so it is always tricky.
Thanks in advance for keeping her in your thoughts. I hope to head that way some time this week or by the weeks end.

Who lives in the vicinity of Bethlehem, PA (100-150 miles out is OK.)
We're thinking about moving closer to be closer to M, and also so D will have better work possibilities in IT InfoSec.
I know maria and fran are fairly close by, but i would be leaving all my best friends of 20+ and also my family. And i am terrified and anxious and little angry. Ok, answers in posts or via my profile addy.

Ok. Wow.
I can't believe I'm typing this, but we ARE going to move to Pennsylvania as soon as D gets a job, and we sell the house. The realtor thinks our house should sell well, and we plan on putting it on the market in late August.
I've already had a couple of people reach out -- hi, future neighbors! -- and the most important part is seeking job opps for D within about an hour of Allentown, since that's where The Boy's school is. D's a Sr. Network Security Engineer with a High-Risk Public Trust security clearance, if that helps. (It's all Greek to me.)
And I guess we'll be needing help on figuring out where we should settle -- renting a house or townhouse, not buying.
I am really, really, REALLY freaking out about this, and upset, so I am asking for a lot of -ma in the upcoming months, because this is going to be really, really, hard on me. I will be leaving my family and my good, good friends behind, and well, I have been crying pretty much all day. Big ugly crying.

Could I please have some Job-ma? It's for the position above mine, which I am sort of doing anyway, so I figure I might as well be paid for it. I have to prepare a presentation as part of the interview. Public speaking and an interview? Lovely. My anxiety (not just about this) is through the roof, and I feel like I am down to my last spoon. So good vibes tomorrow morning would be great. At this point, I'll be happy if I just don't have a meltdown in front of my bosses.
