Always Anti-fascist!

I would like some health-ma for my brother, please. I am afraid, since he complains so much lately, that I have not taken his muscle aches and skin rash very seriously, although I think that is still better than my dad, the hypochondriac, looking at shit that's been on House episodes and telling him he has them. I hope it's not a big deal and that something can happen so his mood improves, also. I hope my dad can someday begin to make peace with the idea that he will die so he can be less creepy when people are sick or hurt.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Bay Area Buffistas!

Gary and I will be in the San Francisco area in August. We'll be available the 14th to the 16th. We'd like to meet up with folks, so let's discuss this in F2F.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

Some HR~ma this morning would be greatly appreciated. I know it's ridiculous to be so impatient at this point, but I so want this job search to be over so I can get back to the important things that I've been avoiding these last two months, like Buffistas, blogging, etc. Oh, yeah, getting out of crazy, dysfunctional management town would be good too.

K-Bug and I would appreciate some car~ma. We are in a tiny Wyoming town awaiting word from the mechanic. We would love to be able to sleep in our own beds tonight (they are a good 7 hour drive from here). Easy and inexpensive repair~ma would be fantastic.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Going dark gray for a trip to the wilds of Door County. Y'all have a safe and fun holiday weekend if you're Canuck or Murican. The rest of you, try not to blow up the world while we're off binging, 'kay?

an overblown libretto and a sumptuous score/ could never contain the contradictions I adore

I'm having a yard sale this Saturday. DCistas, if you want to join in the getting rid of stuff, or acquire more stuff, let me know!

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Now it can be told. I am going to be in a Jane Espenson production! Okay, actually my HOUSE is. Jane is working on a short web series and they are using my house as a location. We just had the director and DP guy here with Jane and it's now a done deal. I think it's going to be way cool. Not sure when they shoot.
