Saffron: But we've been wed. Aren't we to become one flesh? Mal: Well, no, uh... We're still two fleshes here, and I think that your flesh ought to sleep somewhere else.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Hello. I am not dead. REPEAT: NOT. DEAD.

Just really grey, but a nice shot of MAC blush should take care of that. I am swamped at work, and have no net at home. Zero, zip.

Oh, PSA: in addition to not being dead, my accountant friend "found" me some money from old accounts on missingmoney.com.

Try it! I got $50 back from old utilities and a dental thingie! My car's STILL in the shop, so $50 is like, whoa!

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Some interview~ma at 2pm Central today would be greatly appreciated. I have a chance at a direct-hire position (most companies only want to do contracts these days it seems) with a really good company and would love to get this job.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I'm home from the hospital! Recovery has been pretty smooth so far, except for the side effect from Vicodin which was sudden unexpected projectile vomiting. Trust me, not what you want to be doing the day after surgery. Soon as we figured that out, though, all has been pretty smooth sailing.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Could I have some Buffista~ma sent in the direction of Nashville? My mother's in the hospital with fluid in her lungs, probably related to heart failure. They're trying to get the fluid down now, but we don't yet know how serious it is.

Mother is much better this morning. Now I just need a little ~ma towards finding treatment that keeps her from getting this bad again. Thanks, everyone. It's good to know you're out there.

Just an FYI to think ahead--LAistas, I'll be in your city Monday afternoon through Friday morning the first week of April (I think that's the 2nd-6th?). Working Tues-Thurs, same place as last time...would love to see anyone!

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I need a little job~ma, if possible. I can't really talk about it, because it is new and legal like, but it is possible that my University department will "shut down".

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I have a lunchtime interview on Friday at a different company. Send "much bigger salary-ma" my way!

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

It is my great pleasure to announce that Wallybee (and given the occasion, I will mention that her real name is Biyi, so I suppose she's the WallyBiyi) and I have been declared to be husband and wife (not in that order) by the People's Republic of China! The ceremony is on Saturday, but in the meantime we have had some photos taken in a full-day procedure that desperately warrants further explanation, but will have to wait for another occasion. In the meantime, I offer this sneak preview: [link]

Her parents are very gracious and welcoming hosts and I'll be staying with them (and my lovely wife) until after the wedding. Then I will just be staying with my lovely wife.
