It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Off to San Diego until tomorrow night (yay, Cass!), and expect to be dark.

Ficht nicht mit Der Raketemensch!

Fantastic news:

This is Mr. Fiona again.

Our little girl has arrived safely!

Born by caesarean section, Wednesday 10th August at 8:25 am CET. 3150 gr, 51 cm. Name still to be decided.

She would clearly have liked to wait a little longer, but we are relieved that this at times very difficult pregnancy is finally over, and Fiona is happy not to be a walking timebomb any more. Big brother Benno is enjoying his new role.

Fiona is bound to be up and posting soon after she gets back.

Are you ready to be strong?

I got married last night. It was fun! We're flying to Japan today for our honeymoon.

Our daughter and I got home from the hospital yesterday evening. We have decided to call her Clara Mia Helen (and due to German naming laws sadly not, as B. insists, Clara Mia Flower). We're doing well, if rather tired, which is to be expected I suppose. I'll try and get some pictures online soon.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

My father passed away about half an hour ago.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I'm going to be "discussing the position" with a hiring manager today or in the near future. He didn't say "phone interview," but I imagine this conversation will impact whether or not I'm considered. Please send me any spare job-ma, as well as don't-ramble-just-answer-the-damn-question-properly-ma.

I also have an interview at Potbelly Sandwich Works this afternoon, but that's far less stressful.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I'll be out of town and dark gray from the 18th through the 24th. I may have a chance to check in from an internet cafe.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

We're headed to Alabama tomorrow a.m., and I'll be dark gray to black through Monday night.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Crap. Crappity crap crap. A significant part of work has blown up into small bits. General "please don't let it be any worse than it already is"~ma would be appreciated, especially around 3 pm EDT.

It's not going to be pretty.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I'm releasing the jobma. I accepted an offer for the non-profit job at more than they were first offering. I'm really, really excited.
