If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Anyone want a pair of Nicole Miller black leather pants, size 12? The clasp at the waistband needs to be fixed, but otherwise they're in excellent condition.

(Yup, finally cleaning out the closet. More may follow.)

ETA: And, they're gone, to a happy evil new home.

Mostly lurking...

Some of you may remember back a couple of years ago when I left the workforce due to health reasons. Well, it is time for me to re-enter the workforce. And the interview gods have seen fit to grant me an interview. Tomorrow. For this position: [link]

So, some job~ma would be greatly appreciated, about 2pm. It really would be a great fit, I think.

Also, let us hope that I get the job (or a job soon) so I can pay for those shoes that I just bought for the interview - the ones that I thought were on sale, but weren't...you know how that goes.

Also? Wheeeeee! I have an interview!

move out and draw fire

Hi everybody, long time no see! I am logging on to the Internet from the comfort and privacy of my own home! Yes, after many many stupid complications and months of frustration, we have an Internet connection. (Also, in related-but-less-relevant-news, we shouldn't get any more calls for the British Embassy.)

And I have a request of my own for job-ma...it looks like there might be a contract position with my company here after all. It wouldn't be coding on my old project, and I'm not sure it would be long-term, and it might pose a lot of life complications, so I need to ask for ~ma so that if it's a good thing, it happens, and if not, it doesn't...

Vague and rambling, but back.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Today is important for two reasons.

1. I finally find out who killed Lilly Kane.

2. I just sent my cover letter and résumé to my contact at Pfizer, officially beginning my job search.

I hear Buffista job-ma is strong stuff, so if there's any left, I'd love to have some. Thanks.

move out and draw fire

I have used my new power of Internet access for evil, and posted the beginnings of my website. Someday all the links on the front page will be active, but right now it's mostly baby stories and photos, including this one [link]

The intro page is large with the 56K-hate, unfortunately, but the rest is okay.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

My nephew's heart surgery is scheduled for early tomorrow morning. He is 4 months old. He is having a procedure to fix his ventricles, close a whole in his heart, and widen an artery. The doctors say that James is an excellent candidate for surgery, but I would appreciate all the ~ma that can be spared be sent toward Boston tomorrow.
