What you did to me was unbelievable, Connor. But then I got stuck in a hell dimension by my girlfriend one time for a hundred years, so three months under the ocean actually gave me perspective. Kind of a M.C. Escher perspective, but I did get time to think.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

This may be a little lightweight for Beep Me, but my first fencing tournament is tomorrow, and I don't know if I'll be checking in again before then. I could use some good fencing vibes, not to mention plenty of anti-falling-on-my-ass vibes, if you can spare any of those.

It's a remora, dimwit.

I've been dark for a week because I got the last-minute assignment to help arrange stuff for Pagan Pride Day tomorrow, along with assembling and training the Miskatonic Cheerleaders. We'll be performing for thousands of devil worshippers tomorrow, so vibes would be appreciated, esp because this is going to be an audition for the Pirate Cheerleaders for three of us, and we really want to get it because outside of Walmart, cheerleading is really the only socially acceptable venue for American women to yell and scream at people.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I've been grey for a few days, but going completely dark till Thursday night. I'll be in a Writers in Residence program, essentially a retreat. So vibes would be appreciated that the vcr does its true and trusty duty for the Buffy premiere.

I'll be skipping like a skippy mcskipperson when I get back, so keep beep me and press updated with any and all notable info. Miss you guys!

Mostly lurking...

I'm still banning myself from the board, but I stopped by to see how many messages I was behind on. Woah! I sure better get my school work done soon. I've got a lot of posts to catch up on (3,500 in natter alone).

I did want to stop by also, though, and let everyone know WE ARE IN OUR HOUSE!!!! YAY!!!! It only took two days to unload the truck, as opposed to the four days it took to load it. The house is beautiful and amazing. My room is actually quite huge. We have a lot of unpacking still to do, but it will finish eventually.

I got to meet a bunch of the area Buffistas Friday night for the Firefly premier. Everyone is so wonderful. I was telling my parents what a great time I had, and my dad said, "You know, you are really blessed to have found this internet group before we moved. I think they have made this move so much easier for you, and they sound like great people." I can't wait until the Buffy premier tomorow night at Victor's house.

I miss you all. I should be done with this class by Friday, and then I'll be back.

Up with the sun

I'm back from my honeymoon. Montreal is a wonderful city, and the wedding went perfectly. Now I just need to get used to this "work" thing again...

Not javachik

Many thanks to all Buffistas for their hugs and good vibes re my dear sister's car accident on her vacation. It worked!

DS returned home from Colorado last Friday, and is doing well. She has to wear a clamshell brace for 2.5-3 months, even to shower, until the vertabrae heals. That's a drag but still, not bad given the Thelma and Louise circumstances.

Mutual friend SG and I did a commando construction project at DS's house Sat. and power-augered & concreted fence posts for a hand rail down steep steps to DS's house, which we will finish this coming weekend.

Rec'd the police report over the weekend. The car was airborne 34 feet over the imbankment to point of impact, then slid another 16 feet before stopping. Amazing. The Hertz rental 4-door Kia Spectra is totalled. Yay air bags.

Thanks again.

love's a dream you enter though I shake and shake and shake you

Update on my health: No bad news this time, just a request for vibes of the calming variety Tuesday at noon. I've got my first appointment with the MS specialist, and I'll likely do such momentous things as choose a treatment option, learn what all this brainstem madness is really about, and hear whether or not I can go back to weightlifting again or if I'm relegated to low-intensity exercise. Wish me a clear head.
