Galexie Moon Jensen born around 5am on May 29 to Rick and Tawna Jensen in Sioux Falls, SD. She was 7lbs, 9oz and 20" long at birth.
Start saving your ~ma now, so at 1:15 Eastern time you can send it in one concentrated beam to Northern Virginia where my mom will be entering surgery. Thanks ever so.
Going dark until Monday as I'm off to a wedding in Vermont.
I'm already behind in...everything. I am never going to get caught up again.
Le sigh.
A whole heaping load of wayward-kitty-ma is needed in Somerville, as my sweet, afraid-of-his-own-shadow cat seems to have disappeared. The kicker? Last night he kept me awake with banging his ID tag around, so I took off his collar. If he's outside and lost, no one will know how to get in touch with me.
Kitty found, pitiful and covered in spiderwebs, in the basement. The landlord must have left the door open.
I can breathe again.
Grampa-ma needed, focused towards the Yakima, WA area. So maybe WA-ma. I'll skip the gory details, but despite the Yakima police and paramedics determining that Grampa needs urgent medical attention, he is refusing to let this happen. I don't know what the best outcome would be, but proof against fear and sadness would be good.
Well, I'm just about off to bed to get a good night's sleep before my exam. I'll catch up with you all afterwards.
Hey.
Would greatly appreciate all the homework~ma you people on summer vacation (and, for that matter, you people who aren't students) don't currently need.
(Says Mr. "I've put about 15 hours of work (so far) into ONE of four problem sets I have to do for this class by next Wednesday. And don't know how close I am to finishing." NovaChild)
Once again, Buffista ~ma proves its power. Within a couple hours of asking for it, Grampa was in the hospital being treated for dehydration, a hernia, and general crankiness. Now we can move to the next step of caring for him.
Thank you all! Releasing ~ma back to become exam~ma and homework~ma and whatever else is needed!
