Also, I wish to announce -- by dint of more or less sketching in the remaining bit of smutscene, and skipping ahead to the denouement I was able to legitimately write "The End" on the Body Swap story this morning. It needs a rather strong rewrite and beta phase but at the moment it is a complete WIP. Go Me!

I'm not sure how much I'll get to check here. I plan to try to check my email once a day at Internet cafes and perhaps the board too, but we'll see on that.... Take care and see you next week!

I don't want to be hogging any ~ma, but...

Apparently dad has a tumor in his leg again. He had one there 7 years ago, and 14 years before that. Both were removed and both were benign and encapsulated so hopefully the trend will continue.

Why is it that I really fucking hate the holidays?

Oh yeah, that's right. THEY FUCKING HATE ME!

Forgot to mention--I'm in DC for the Thanksgiving holidays. Wish I've been around more, but we saw the National Gallery of Art (and giggled over the acronym it makes), the Mall (which is not the same as a mall), and the American History Museum at the Smithsonian. Needless to say, it is wicked cool.

The desk I'm covering this week has been extended into next. I don't know what this means as I thought this was a vacation being covered. I like this place and would love to work here FT. Any -ma would be appreciated.

Requesting a bit of exam-ma for tonight and some general assignment finishing-ma over the next few days. I have my "Information in Society" exam in three hours. My head is filled with all kinds of facts about information and information models. Here's to hoping it all comes out right!

I have two papers due on Monday which are both, well, not done...the next few days are going to be insane-o-rama.
