Early: So is it still her room when it's empty? Does the room, the thing, have purpose? Or do we -- what's the word? Simon: I really can't help you. Early: The plan is to take your sister. Get the reward, which is substantial. 'Imbue.' That's the word.

What is even happening?

Allyson: I'm so sad you won't see Lovesick Ass.

Know what? Ima recap it TWoP style.

(Same set up, different punch—who knew Allyson was everyone's straight man?)

Allyson: Know what? Ima recap it TWoP style.

Tim: I think you should do a funny one instead.

Typo Boy filks: Julie Andrews thing

Man Slash and Fem Slash and tight leather corsets
Chattering tchotchkes and spaceships with horses
vampire beagles and Spike tied with string
this is our Julie Andrews thing

chocolate, and goats, sharp knives and roses
Books and knitting and blood and nude poses
Snarky deathmatches and warm cyberhugs
These are all gifts from buffista lugs

When the fox bites, when the frog kicks,
when the networks drive me mad
I simply remember these buffista things.
And then I dont feeel sooo baaad

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

NoiseDesign: Observe the migratory patterns of the Buffista.

SA: Watch as they circle each other, throwing down the common tactic of snark and (p)leather to draw desired attention.

NoiseDesign: It appears that they often gather at a common nesting site for what appears to be a group mating ritual.

SA: It is fascinating to watch, as the females are adorned in what appears to be tiaras, as they move in synchronization to the little known but critically acclaimed theremin; note the proliferation of alcohol and dvds that appears at such an occasion as well.

NovaChild: The use of alcohol as a mating device is well-understood, but the DVDs are still a mystery to most that study these fair and noble creatures.

NoiseDesign: Interestingly enough it appears that many of the males are also adorned with tiaras, and at least one is dressed in what seems to be a skirt made from the pelt of a fallen animal.

SA: Many of the costumes these exuberant personages don carry a particular sparkle or glint to them; leading many to wonder whether this serves as a tactic for drawing in potential like-minded souls, or to distract those unresponsive to their characteristics from coming nearer.

Much speculation, too, is devoted to the vernacular of this people, whose lexicon is characterised by such strange and unheard-of syllabic constructions such as "foamy," "oost," and "timelies."

NoiseDesign: Also of note is the appearance of glitter in their rituals and the moniker of Bitch which appears to be a desired title. Many of those present have adorned their bodies with edible decorations and then seem to encourage attacks with cries of "toomuchcandy."

This observer is still unsure of the implications of those actions.

SA: It is almost amusing, to watch one Buffista go in for the neck--it seems to have further symbollism for them, stemming from their existant mythology. They seem also to take their time, enjoying it for as long as they might, with rare resistance from the party who's candy is being devoured.

While it might seem appropriate to call this action "Buff diving," there is another connotation for this curious phrase, having to do with a particular action among the community called "comm-ing." The meaning grows thicker as one delves deeper into the history and language of this people.

NoiseDesign: It seems that much of their culture is steeped in double entendre and banter. They are known to break into spotaneous fits of haiku or song as the end of one of their discussions, or threads, draws near. There also seems to be a prediliction for creative rewriting of popular song lyrics.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Gus:

Well, I was feeling a little grumpy and had an urge to be rude. Then, out the clear blue sky, a telemarketer called. I snarked him a new snarkhole. I feel better now. Peaches and butterflys for everyone.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Nutty, in Boxed Set:

Jack Davenport. Love that name. He and Fred Toaster and Jeffrey Throw Pillow have a great comedy routine.
