This thread is for Buffista quotage. Posts that are profound, witty, or otherwise deserving of immortality go here. This is also Shrift's source for the BRQG, so be aware that if your words end up here, they'll also end up there. Finally, please note which thread spawned the quotage and please white-out anything that might be spoilery to Un-Americans.

Elphaba: Hey, can we start a special Bitches club for all of us currently on the good drugs?
Steph L.: The ambassador from the Isle du Percoset votes "duuuuuuuude."
edited b/c steph deserves a colon, too.
Nicole, in Natter, about Natter:
Do things always move that fast at the end of one thread and the beginning of the new? Cuz, hello?
I think the best way I could describe it is:
9850 - driving through the country and naming each cow you see
9900 - driving in mild traffic on downtown streets
9950 - late for work but still too much traffic for speeding
9960 - oddly enough, back to country cow naming ??
9989 - stunt driving for a commercial where the car speeds down German streets, making fast and hard right/left turns every 4 seconds. This excellerated speed continues into first 30 or so posts of new thread and newer posters will not be able to keep up. Do not try. Injury could occur.
DXMachina: Whatever happened to in like a lion, out like a lamb?
Theodosia: I think the saying this year is "In like a lion, out like a much smaller but more vexed lion."

Is this part of the waxing conversation, ita?
Hotel slash from F2F:
amych:
The Orchid scanned the crowd of hotels; not a hot prospect in sight -- and yet -- right there, under its very balconies! How had it never noticed the Renaissance before? So strong, so manly, sweaty and hot with the bustle of convention season... but that only highlighted its many charms....

Elphaba: Guess who has a brand new Honda Accord sitting in her parking place?
Betsy HP: Run out and make the bastards move it.
spoilery for angel; idle speculation about the next pregnancy.
Madrigal And with the current rates of pregnancy on this show, should we expect Gwen to give birth to a little pink toaster next season?
Jess PMoon And would the toast that came out of it have to be called the breakfast of champions?

Cindy:
She's very well and she's indicating there might be life outside the internet. Sounds like a hoax to me. Does anyone actually believe that, or is that like on of those Santa Claus myths?
Jess P Moon:
There's an outside the internet?
connie neil:
Nonsense, you're all just people I've created in a virtual reality. You only think you're real. I am sorry for any crises that may have occured in your virtual--but ultimately nonexistent--lives in those moments when I have to reboot the server.
Nutty:
All of the above is why the whole world should fit between Boston and New York. If you can't get to it in 4 hours and/or on an interconnected set of train and public transity systems, why bother??
