"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

So, I thought I recognized the actor who plays a werewolf and he is the brother of the actress on Misfits! Wow. They look quite alike and their voices are spot on similar.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

we talked about that a few posts back, le nub. it cracked me up when i realized it because it was so obvious. though he is a bit easier to understand than she is.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

I'm caught up!

Still liking the boys, although I'm about done with Hal's broodiness and "if my routine is disrupted, I will KILL EVERYONE" song and dance. Not narratively interesting.

So, A)Do we think they're really regretting the decision to have Tom's scratches on his head? and B)Is that make-up they're doing every day?

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

Is Thomas's accent the same as Kelly's (from Misfits)?

He's from the part of the UK where I live. Talks like all my students.

I am not enjoying the reboot nearly as much as the original line-up, but it's growing on me. I don't like Hal (I miss Mitchell!), but Tom's entertaining.

I might be alone, but I love Hal. that scene in the third ep where the two of them bet to see who could get a girl's number? classic!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I mostly lost interest in UK Being Human, but I'm intrigued. Somebody spoil me: did they all die? Except for Annie, I know she's still around and ghostly. And what happened to Nina's baby?

DebetEsse - Mar 03, 2012 6:00:42 am PST #9604 of 9843
Woe to the fucking wicked.

Yes. Mitchell at the end of last series, Nina over hiatus, and George in the premiere

George and Nina's baby is still around and not a werewolf (she's the "War Child"). We had a flash forward to the war with the vampires. There's a prophecy, and a whole thing. Upshot is, she died in the future, and is now trying to get herself killed as a baby, as that, apparently, is how she'll save the world.

Thanks, DebetEsse. I'm glad to know; now I can never watch the series ever and not regret it.

we actually don't know that the flash forward is supposed to be the baby. it's heavily implied, but never stated outright.

honestly, i was worried about the new series because i'd kind of stopped caring about it last season. this reboot is really clever and the new guys are great. very anti-George and Mitchell.
