Spike: Heard what happened up top, offing your dad and all. Don't know if you know this, but, uh…I killed my mum. Actually, I'd already killed her, and then she tried to shag me, so I had to-- Wesley: Thank you. I'm…very comforted.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

Prince Harry is sensationally stupid. Seriously, the lad is practically retarded, so it’s appropriate to cut him some slack. It’s a small miracle every time he finds his mouth with his cigarette, so the fact that he would put on a Nazi armband and not think – at any point – that this might possibly be a really really wrong thing to do, is perfectly understandable.

This was the front page of the Guardian today. I kind of feel bad for him--I do just as many fuckup things, being the same age as he is (albeit none involving a Nazi uniform), but at least I don't have to see them splattered across every periodical in the country. Or have "It has been confirmed that Prince Charles gave him a severe dressing down" be a news item.

There are some people who regard season 4 as a travesty, and the Aeryn as unrecognisable.

And the storyline stumbling and difficult to follow. And one of the worst cliffhangers I've ever experienced.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I can't even.

That's gotta suck. Being "dressed-down" by one of the biggest doofuses in Britannic history; descendant of doofuses, bloodline champion of doofuses. But I guess the genes are running true, so it's all good.

I am boggled that not only is he that clueless, but there wasn't anyone around him with a cluestick. His brother was at the party too. Wouldn't you have said, "Dude, WTF?"

I know, right. That and having it make the papers. Though he has gotten substantially more good looking since I was in high school--that is, Harry, not his dad. His dad shall always be oogly.

I'm eating American-style cookies from Sainsburys. I didn't know there *was* an American-style cookie, but apparently it is "oven-baked, soft, and chewy."

Although, it's entirely something Prince Philip would do.

If I only had a brain...

This is why celebrities have Staff, to say "Dude, WTF?" Apparently William ignored his.

That comedian's review seemed to me to boil down to "Dude, who HASN'T worn a Nazi uniform at least once?" To which I can answer, me. Eccentrica Gallumbits, Triple-Breasted Whore of Eroticon Six, yes. Rommel, no.

I suppose William would have gotten in trouble for Eccentrica, too.

Harry. William was a lion.

Oops. Lions are unobjectionable. Except possibly to PETA.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

I'm eating American-style cookies from Sainsburys.

Maybe they are American-style because the English find the word "cookie" funny? Suddenly can't remember having eaten a single cookie/biscuit while in England. I think Jaffa cakes don't count, right? I did have those.

You have no idea how distressing I found Marks & Sparks in England. You walk in, there are clothes to buy (and NSM useful clothes, more like The Limited). And then, upstairs -- groceries! WTF?
