Lush makes me sneeze, I'm afraid.
I'm there for three days, but my plans for the eighth fell through. I figured I'd do some shopping and wander around the British Museum for an hour or five. I leave that evening. I wanted to stay for longer, but i'm graduating the next day, so I kind of have to come home for that.
Heh. I can understand why.
Okay, let me see how things work out on my end, okay?
Okay, looking forward to it if you can, completely understand if you can't.
SA, you should totally go to the museum with her! She's good at that!!
Blaugh, school. *pulls face* 8th Dec. is, annoyingly, not possible for me. I'd love to wander round the British Museum with you.
Hey meara! How goes the high-flying jet-setter lifestyle?
It's really a guilty pleasure Am-Chau. I'm torn between wanting the museum to give back all the stuff it's purloined over the years and staring at the pretty.
They can give it back when I'm finished staring, I guess. Then we're all winners!
I know the feeling, Jars. They are getting better, gradually, at letting people share stuff, but there's a whole lot they stole and aren't giving back. It's all still quite pretty. (Though some specific cases, where-- for example-- I have to study the damn things on my Classical Civilisations course, I'd be very happy if they'd send them back home, because then I'd have an (half-arsed sort-of) excuse for not knowing anything about them.)
Jars, are you free for dinner on the 7th? That might be a little more feasible for me.
I'm really not, I'm afraid. I'm going to a Beastie Boys gig that night.
It seems that the Fates are conspiring against us.
Not necessarily. I'm just feeling things out. :)
