Lordy yes. Though Thom's Rain Man comment set me off again.

(whitefonted just in case)
Thanks, billytea. The Angel recaps at TWOP don't tempt me, but dammit, the Smallville ones do. And annoyingly, I think I like the show just enough to want to be unspoiled.
I loathe this time of year with a firey passion, in recent years. Okay, this year and last year. And I'm starting to loathe the slowness of my internet connection, or I'd download them and be only a little behind.
I'm so glad you guys like QE! And I don't know why that is. It's like we did something right for once.
I found out recently that my landlord, who provides the apartment they kvetch in, was offering opportunities to be on the show-- in all the other buildings but mine. Just because I live in Chelsea doesn't mean my BF is clueful!
Was that the guy that TWOP was outing as a famewhore?
He was also on The Restaurant (new Bravo show that airs right before QE) this week--probably what they were referring to at TWOP. My housemate says she's looking forward to his appearance on Trading Spaces as well.
That was probably my least favorite ep of QE so far (though I missed the first few minutes where apparently the funny was). I didn't like the guy, and I didn't see any chemistry with the girl, either. The drink mixing, etc. was funny at first, but got painful pretty quick.

Really? It was one of my favorites, although the appeal was partly in how lame the guy was. Knowing now that he was just in it for the free stuff, and had no desire to change makes me like the guy even less, but the show was Hi-larious. "...And this bread used to be square" had me on the floor.

Oh, Lord yes. And the awkward silence, with the queer guys taking the piss.
That was the only ep I never bothered finishing, even before I knew he was whoring. I like some sort of contact with the subject. He was just a prick.
The drink-mixing? pitiful. Even I could do better than that, and I don't drink anything but wine.
Well, yeah -- it was like he'd never seen a drink before.
