Can't even shout, Can't even cry. The Gentlemen are coming by. Looking in windows, knocking on doors. They need to take seven, and they might take yours. Can't call to mom, can't say a word. You're gonna die screaming but you won't be heard.

Oh Leigh, I forgot, sorry. Anyway, it'll be worth the wait! I even liked the reappearance of Darla, which I'm sure the Angel thread was snorting with derision over.

Nobody

It's okay Angus. I'm a whore, so I know what happens, but it's not the same as watching it. And I don't actually remember snorting re: the whitefont, but that might have been one of the eps where I pretended I could be virginal and avoided the thread.

I don't recall snorts of derision over that, but I've been Miss Golly Gee Whiz Shiny about AtS, so...

I do recall, however, thinking that a virgin is a small price to pay for shutting Cordy up and bringing forth NAKED GINA TORRES. Though I may be in the minority on that.

Oh, good...I just expect snorting these days at anything even mildly sentimental.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Though I may be in the minority on that.

Minority maybe, but not alone.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

Well, it's not that I don't feel sorry for the virgin and horrified by her sacrifice and all. But yeah, in retrospect? Totally worth it.

If I only had a brain...

NZ gave us the Mighty Phil, host of The Amazing Race, for whom I will be forever grateful. His eyebrows are almost as expressive as ASH's.

It's a remora, dimwit.

I think the little bit of derision came from the idea that the girl might be a misdirect, and Connor would choose to sacrifice himself for his child, giving his life the way his mother did. He wasn't exactly a virgin, but it seemed that they moreso needed someone who was of the lighter side of morality. And that's how vegemite gave birth to the modern metric system.

NZ gave us the Mighty Phil,

Mmmm... Phil....
