ita, it's done with a Penguin. Only in Australia, you use Tim-Tams, which are the nearest equivalent.

Tim Tams.
I wish I could find a place to buy Tim Tams in the U.S.
I love that show. I wanna try the trick that Natalie Imbruglia showed hime with the biscut and the tea. I can't remember the name of the biscuit though, and probably wouldn't be able to find them if I could.
Tim tams? (Edit: Xpost.)
I think my favourite part of the show is the start when he talks to the audience. (And Betty, her interviewing Samuel L Jackson at a movie premiere was damn funny.)
Oh, and he had ASH on the other week.
Ooh! I wanna try.
And I did not know that the legendary Tim Tam was a Penguin analogue.
Is it as good?
Thank you, John. Can you explain it better than I can? I've only seen it once, but I figure I can experiment until I get it right.
One night there was some Asian woman on the internet who tried to sell him soap. She called Morgan Fairchild a Mr. then showed him the "fountain." We could never have a talk show like that here.
Oh, Betsy, one place you can get tim tams is from the wardrobe in my study. Failing that, you can always go here instead.
ita, tim tams have a near legendary reputation in Australia. I find them too sweet for my liking, but the dark chocolate ones are just about right. The link above offers both classic and dark, as well as double coat, caramel and mocha coffee. (It also offers penguins, apparently.)
Ah, the carmel ones were the ones NI used on SGN. Apparently it was her first time with that, er, flavor.
Can you explain it better than I can?
You pretty much got it. You bite off the two ends of the biscuit, leaving the length of it insulated by the chocolate coating, then suck the hot tea or coffee through it, then eat it, quickly.
See also, alcohol instead of coffee/tea.
Billytea, you are my hero! Thank you! I've been googling for Tim Tams by mail order in America for months with no success.
