The UK packaging is definitely the better than the US and Oz. Not only does the book format have pages for the discs but it also has pages with pics and text on them. As far as I can tell, the contents of the discs are the same for all regions.

Er, I don't know about the book, but in the tv series of Brideshead, I was under the distinct impression that the love affair was canon. Then again, I was young and impressionable back then.

It's in the TV show - it's just hinted at in the book.

Thanks Jim for confirming my memory. BR burned me with a searing oost at the time, in fact, I can still quote a few lines from memory. To suddenly hear there was even a question about their love seemed deeply wrong.
