Thanks for all the fish.

So he mistakes blood on Trapper's collar for lipstick and throws a jealous fit?

Pregnant Hawkeye? NO.

An hysterically pregnant Klinger? Yes.

Could be, could be.

An hysterically pregnant Klinger? Yes.

Now you're talking! Klinger. Why didn't I think of that before? Oh, yes, I was trying to kill it, not feed it.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

oh, yeah, Klinger could do pregnant, mood-swings, food cravings (trading with sparky to assuage) do I look fat? all of it.

the colour thing... if he's not totally colour-blind, (purple = red / green = blue) then there's the possibility of mistaking one thing for another. Frank going into Hot Lips tent looking like Trapper from the back; hmmm, I'm not sure what else. It might require more work than it's worth.

I turned the MASH-mpreg bunny into a Hawkeye bunny in the attempt to squick myself out of it.

He so very easily could. One does face the issue of 'is it true, or just a 'get me out of here' stunt, but that can be dealt with. Oh dearie me.

Okay, ladies. If I'm going to write Klinger mpreg, I'm going to do it properly. Give me some ideas about the classic early stages of pregnancy. Oh Joss in heaven, what am I *doing*?

Thanks for all the fish.

Tiredness, crankiness, nausea, strong reaction to smells, food cravings and sudden dislikes, dizziness, fainting. No period - but that one would be easy for Klinger to do.

Right. Thanks, Elena. That should be plenty to be going on with.

well, classic.. he'd go for classic. Morning sickness doesn't traditionally start until about 2 - 6 weeks and lasts the first trimester. Vomiting, of course. Waking with nausea and running for the latrine. Smells. Smells would make him nauseous. Peeing ALL the time. Some foods would make him sick. He would probably have food cravings as well, pickles, chocolate, kimshee. He'd get emotional. You don't love me! I love you, man! He'd cry or get angry. He'd be sleepy quite often and need naps. He might have hot flashes, or get cold very easily. Later there would be foot swelling and discomfort, but he might try to throw that in too, for sympathy. He might have insomnia, he might have vivid imaginings of bad things happening to him and/or the baby. Those are all pretty standard.

oh, dang it, took too long. I forgot the dizziness, too.
