Burrell, I've found both Neosporin Lip Treatment and Blistex Lip Revitilizer work well for healing chapped lips and getting rid of the flakies. My lips chap easily too.

Mary Kay Satin Lips lip balm is the One True Lip Balm. But for serious chapped lips, I have to go with Blistex medicated ointment.
Burts Bees lip balm works for me.
Blistex medicated ointment seems to actually heal my lips.

There are people that really have problems with alcohol and other drugs. This seems rather dismissive of real problems.
I know my heat is working it is just an old building with no exterior wall insulation and the furnace is in an office cycle. I just looked at the thermometer and it said 66. It feels colder. I have a wool hat on.
I'm having so much fun letting the cold drugs wear off so I can figure out if the past 2 days of gross feelings are bertolli's frozen fettucini alfredo, lunchables, this cold, the stuff I took to combat the cold or some other vector. Or too much root beer. Those are the only factors available.

No wonder people cannot speak, write or read english. the directions on my store made macaroni and cheese include the line "Note:Tray is not ovenable"
