Holy cow, it's windy. Almost knocked stuff out of my hands. Weather Channel says it's up to 30 miles an hour.
I haven't had any fruit (or veggies, for that matter) yet today, but my diet starts tonight, and I'll also be having at least one of the HoneyBell oranges my dad sent me for Xmas (which, btw, are of Teh Yum!!).
Keep in mind how many carbs can lurk in a Jamba Juice. yeah, lots of healthy veggies and fruits, lots of carbohydrates.
Oh, I know. And according to the magic WW calculator it was 5 points. Which is why I don't have Jamba Juice very often.

I have a banana and a handful of blueberries every morning with my cereal. Only two servings? I thought I was under.
