"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

The Blackberry Storm is seductive to me, but I don't have any applicable experience with it.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Are they discontinuing them?

No. It's just that they haven't updated the hardware in 1½ years. I want to buy one to hook up to my TV, but I can't justify paying that much for such an underpowered system.

I'm seriously considering buying a Dell and running windows.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

And, just like that, Scola goes to the Dark Side.

Well, the Dark Side is rather pretty....

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

So, why does Apple think it is a good concept to have a non-removable battery? Does anyone have information about this?

It kind of drives me crazy in the ipod and I think it is a BAD IDEA for the laptop. Carrying around an extra battery for my MacBook Pro has saved my bacon any number of times.

Hey. New board.

So, why does Apple think it is a good concept to have a non-removable battery?

60% increase in battery life without getting any thicker or heavier.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

According to the keynote, making it non-removable was the trade-off for the 8 hour battery life.
