Can anyone recommend a catch up to Runaways? (Board, blog, website, yada)

I have Runaways #25 and #26, a burning oost to read, very little willpower and zero backstory.

Should I just jump straight in, or do I need some stinkin' context?

What is even happening?

Bring your own context. Or wait, is that subtext? Never mind. I just wanted to talk to Julie. And now I have.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

I enjoyed Buffy #3, but it felt very disjointed to me.

Kalshane is me. Scenes kept jumping around too much.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

Slate has a fantastic picture-laden article about the darkened turn of Spiderman: [link]

Really reccomend it.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

I actually signed up for a box at the comic book store today. It's just for Runaways and Buffy right now.

Yes, but they are canny at TE. Soon, they will throw a third title you'll like at you. (I swear, they have a "sixth comic book sense" or something there.)

I just used the The Wikipedia entry.

Julie, I think the Ruaways Saga that brenda talks about a couple posts back is a catch-up for Runaways. I think.

They were already trying, but I didn't have time to stick around.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I agree that some of the scene changes in Buffy were jarring this issue. Thought it was user error on my part, but probably not y'all's.

I have actually thought that the scene changes were jarring from the first issue.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Yes, it is. Although it's in the form of a diary of an 11 year old girl so some of the context is lost. I bought it and enjoyed it. I have some vague idea of what's happened before but I also am researching characters a bit more online, too.
