here’s a look at Shawna Trpcic’s designs for the character, as commissioned by Joss Whedon who, at the time was prepping a Wonder Woman movie that never happened.
That second design is highly silly.
But I like that in most of their revamps they keep the iconic boots and gauntlets.

And Batman & Robin #13 is SO GOOD. Demian and Connor (er, from Angel) should have playdates.
Just watched Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths. It was pretty good. I miss the style/voices of the TV series, but it was still very enjoyable. I can also see where the storyline originally would have worked as a bridge between the JL and JLU series.
It wasn't bad, although I couldn't decide if the analogues (Owlman and a woman with dark brown straight hair who wears black and yellow and is involved with Owlman) were knowing nods to Watchmen or just plagarism.
Wikipedia says Owlman and Superwoman date back to 1964.
