It wasn't bad, although I couldn't decide if the analogues (Owlman and a woman with dark brown straight hair who wears black and yellow and is involved with Owlman) were knowing nods to Watchmen or just plagarism.
I think it was the other way around, actually.
Yeah, Watchmen was based on a bunch of characters that they eventually didn't let Alan Moore use directly. Rorschach was The Question for example (and closer to Ditko's original version - scary Randian tendencies and all - as opposed to the 80s re-run).
