Not the fact that's it's a frozen microwaveable Jimmy Dean pancake in the first place?
My experience with microwaveable pancakes is they often end up dry and hard. But maybe the sausage juice would prevent that.

Pancakes are about the only place I do like chocolate chips.
Joey Tribbiani: I mean, what's not to like? Custard, good. Jam, good. Meat, good!
Pancakes, good! Sausage, good! Chocolate chips? GOOD!

Really, either one is a dealbreaker. But I tried to imagine really good choc-chip-sausage-pancakes when I thought about the question and I still concluded that (a) I've given this question way more thought than it ever needed and (b) I should spend my precious food fantasy energy on something less ewwww.
That thing is like Ultimate NAST to me. I love pancakes. I love sausage. I love having them both in the same meal. I work very, very hard to make sure the pancakes and syrup never come anywhere near the sausage, bacon, or any other savory part of the breakfast. McGriddles are, or were until just a few moments ago, the most disgusting thing I've ever heard of.

Yes. To all of this.
This whole conversation is making me think that I have to have a greasy breakfast this weekend.

This makes him very fun to taunt at IHOP, by the way.
Now I want pancakes and sausage for lunch. Still have no cash.

Heh. I pretty much use syrup exclusively for sausages and other savory breakfast meats. I prefer my pancakes with butter. (This is because in my world, sweet things exist solely to be improved via mixing with savory things. Sweetness on its own has no place at my table.)
