That thing is like Ultimate NAST to me. I love pancakes. I love sausage. I love having them both in the same meal. I work very, very hard to make sure the pancakes and syrup never come anywhere near the sausage, bacon, or any other savory part of the breakfast. McGriddles are, or were until just a few moments ago, the most disgusting thing I've ever heard of.

Really, either one is a dealbreaker. But I tried to imagine really good choc-chip-sausage-pancakes when I thought about the question and I still concluded that (a) I've given this question way more thought than it ever needed and (b) I should spend my precious food fantasy energy on something less ewwww
Yes. To all of this.
This whole conversation is making me think that I have to have a greasy breakfast this weekend.

This makes him very fun to taunt at IHOP, by the way.
Now I want pancakes and sausage for lunch. Still have no cash.

Heh. I pretty much use syrup exclusively for sausages and other savory breakfast meats. I prefer my pancakes with butter. (This is because in my world, sweet things exist solely to be improved via mixing with savory things. Sweetness on its own has no place at my table.)
GOD.
After declaring that Republicans in the Senate and "real people out there in the world" don't "obsess" about Iraq like the reporters do, Mississippi Sen. Trent Lott said Thursday that he doesn't understand why Sunnis and Shiites are fighting each other anyway. "Why do they hate each other? Why do Sunnis kill Shiites? How do they tell the difference?" Lott asked. "They all look the same to me."
My favourite non-Jamaican breakfast (okay, non-English too, now that I think about it) is the Construction at Eggspectations. It goes a little something like this:
yrup Mapl s Pancake e Bacon e Pancake s l Potatoes y p Pancake r a Sausage u M Pancake p
I think you could improve it a little by putting chocolate chips in one of the inner pancakes.
t ignoring the nassssssssty Trent Lott related link and continuing to focus on the far less distressing topic of breakfast foods
This makes him very fun to taunt at IHOP, by the way.
Hush, you.
