Hey folks. Hope you feel better vw.
Best friend with sex is quite good.
I'm off to a meeting about taking a gig doing some design work for the Griffith Observatory. Hope it goes well.
'Our Mrs. Reynolds'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Oh, one more thing- Jessica, I think I saw FoneBone's review of "Trust the Man" being referenced in the latest issue of The Week !
{{sj, Nora, vw}}
Miss. Social was all atwitter this morning, looking forward to seeing everyone while Mr. Too Cool was much more relaxed about the whole thing.
Awwwww.
Nora, to answer your girly question...that's a good idea, except that it would require leaving the house, which I'm not sure I'm up to today.
Although, I should probably throw on a bra and run out to mail the 9 boxes of books, etc. I have in my car before the post office closes. It's just...they already know me there. I hate to look awful when I go in.
yay Calli!!
and Yay for Jars. I reccommend marring your best friend. and sex is a great bonus.

Ooh, really? t scampers off to find link
Congrats to Calli on the job offer and Jars on the sexmarriage.
ran out of hot water (this is quite mysterious, as I have a water heater in my kitchen)
Emily, I had an apartment where I had to turn on the hot water just long enough to get the water heater to fire up. After 5-10 minutes there would be enough hot water for a shower.
Jess, if you need it: [link]
Thanks Nora -- the first half of their review is entirely lifted from his! (It's paraphrased except for the bits they've got quotes around, and they do call the section "review of reviews," but still...if it's just a roundup of what other critics have already said, it seems odd to edit it together into what looks like a new review.)
First, hooray Calli and Jars! I also want to vouch for marrying one's best friend. Nothing better than being able to come home to your favorite person every day.
Of course, I say this while in a bit of funk. I woke up with the World's Worst Cramps--the kind that makle me shake and puke and all kinds of lovely stuff. I had to drive DH to the airport this morning (only five minutes away, so I figured I could do it and refused his offer to get a cab) and we got in the car and he started giving me advice about not storing my skates out in the open so they don't get stolen. Good advice and I agree, but that was NOT the time. I snapped at him and then we both felt bad. Me for snapping right before he flew on an airplane, which I know makes him really anxious and him for being advice dude when he knew I was sick. We both apologized and it was okay, but I don't like getting snappy--even once in a while. I called in sick to work and am watching "Dirty Jobs" and trying not to move.
