However, am I too curvy for the "skinny" jeans?
I think the key to making this look work with curves is to make sure the boots are slightly chunky (so you don't look like you're going riding, and avoid the V-shape thing), and that the tunic isn't too big and boxy. You don't want to look like you're only wearing the tunic to hide your ass, basically.
Personally, I've never found a pair of skinny jeans that fit me at all, because "skinny" seems to be interpreted as "has no ass" rather than "makes you look skinny." YJeanMMV.
Hey, it looks like I'm going to be in Indiana in a week. West Lafayette to be specific.
I have ass for days. And I like it that way. *shrug* Oh well.
However, am I too curvy for the "skinny" jeans?
Have you found skinny jeans that fit? Even if I wanted the look I don't think I could get truly skinny jeans over my hips. However, I was shocked to find that Ann Taylor Loft "slim" cut jeans in a size up from other jeans I've gotten there are pretty hot on me. But they do not have that skinny jean profile at all.
And I like it that way.
You and me both, babe. I want to shake the fashion industry hard by the shoulders and explain to them about hips. "Skinny" doesn't have to mean "half-inch rise no matter what size the label says," damnit.
Dear Fashion Industry -
If it's not too much trouble, please to stop making ALL jeans in the "Show Your Pubs" cut. It's really not attractive.
Ta, ever so.

PS Could please talk to your evil cousin the Lingerie Industry and tell them to stop taxing my big boobs.
I've touted them before, but these are truly, the best jeans ever for those of us who are ass and hips endowed. [link]
Stretch jeans are proof that God loves us.
FTR, talking about Empress Ass is NOT HELPING the "so horny I could pop" thing.
The proper way of saying it is "Imperical Ass".
