Damn it! You know what? I'm sick of this crap. I'm sick of being the guy who eats insects and gets the funny syphilis. As of this moment, it's over. I'm finished being everybody's butt monkey!

Oooh, Krispics, I'll ogle.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

I think I like the very first one best, Kristin. It's direct and dignified, but with a nice hint of the playful/coy, too.

No takers on the beta-ing? I promise I'm not the weepy sensitive mess I was this morning. It's just the first six pages of Anna, up to my first POV shift, and I want to know if it's a decent hook and intro to the characters.

Because books.

They're all adorable, but I'll vote for numbers 4, 6, and 8. Very foamy indeed.

Susan, if you just want a very quick response, I'd be happy to. I don't have time tonight for a thorough beta...would that still be okay?

(And thanks for the feedback, everyone.)

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I like the last one and number 8.

I like 1 and 8 best. Although, 10 shows off your cheekbones very well and I like it just for that.
