I always order eggs over medium and then only eat the dunky parts on toast.

Eggs should be cooked all the way through--no poaching, no soft-boileds, no runny fried eggs (always get mine over hard, not over easy). But, when cooked properly, they are of teh yum (I'll probably make up some egg salad for dinner tonight).
