Eggs should be cooked all the way through--no poaching, no soft-boileds, no runny fried eggs (always get mine over hard, not over easy). But, when cooked properly, they are of teh yum (I'll probably make up some egg salad for dinner tonight).
But the runny goopiness is where the delicious is stored!

I think it's a texture thing for me--goopiness is slimy! Fried eggs are bad enough with all the grease, so adding slime is just...blargh.
Oh, and I've just added raisins to my grocery list for tonight, thanks to y'all. Excellent for a sweet treat on the weekends!
