And it's funny because it didn't take for me at first either. Oh Robin, you so have my sympathy about the dentist stuff. And the too much money for unfun things stuff, too. I have no doubt, however, that your party will be Teh Awesome, because you and the BF ROCK!
I am still bummed that I didn't throw myself a birthday party last year when I was turning an age worth celebrating, but it just didn't make sense with my MiL going through major surgery at the same time and all. Oh well.
