My aunt has an avocado tree and hates avocados. Although I truly believe that God loves me, the fact that the tree never seem to be in fruit when I visit sometimes makes me doubt a bit.My parents have a wee grove. It is proof that God loves me. Or did until I moved away, at least. Now God shuns me.

My mom called me at 7:00 tonight to make sure I was alive. The woman is a chronic worrywart, so I asked why. On the news tonight, they had a breaking news segment about 2 dead bodies found on the street that intersects with mine. I could quite literally throw a rock and hit the dead bodies, apparently. Neato.
I don't live in a high-crime area; at least, there's no more crime than any other average neighborhood. The news hasn't given details yet, but I'm guessing it's either a drug thing gone horribly wrong, or domestic violence.
(Oh, okay. I just didn't hide the bodies well enough.)
