I saw that! Weird.
Ever see the aftermath of a car accident and wonder how the hell it happened? This morning's was a front-end smashed SUV facing the correct way on the oncoming side of a divided road, a city bus stopped at its stop on my side of the road and then another SUV smashed headfirst into the bus, facing the wrong way, with no other visible smashes, except for the part where it was half inside the grill of the bus. Really can't figure out the physics of that.
Woke up very late. Forgot to make lunch last night. Don't wanna work.
Also, "Afternoon Delight". Well, it IS about a "little death".

working from home today. stupid cough took my voice away.
poor msbelle.
No-more-cough-ma and voice-ma for msbelle.
Sorry about the cough, msbelle.
I woke up with a sore throat and a burgeoning desire to cough, myself. I'm telling myself that it's allergies, that the F2F ick has long since run its course, and that I don't have time to be sick anyway. Especially with the server "fix" that ate every damn thing I accomplished at work since last Friday.
On the upside, we're getting the last bits of Alberto around here today, and I love rain.
::makes 'shooing' motions towards Alberto:: I think I speak for everyone in New England that we could do with a little less rain around here. Last I checked the weather info in the paper, we're ten freaking inches of rainfall above the average for this year by this date.
know what? it is ok. I am getting a ton "orchestrated" from home. None of my own work mind you, but I am getting tons done.
Remote conducting? Ooh, puppetmaster!
Drink lots of tea.
