I have to head out for work, but I suspect that it will still be there later tonight, having been done with a frelling SHARPIE and all.

Okay, I just took several pictures of the cat, most of them were very blurry and/or didn't really show the colored-in ascot, but I got at least one good picture of him, and one good picture of the Sharpening. They will have to wait for later tonight to be posted.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Heee! Please don't murderize her, Sean. She's too funny to lose (also? truly rocks a frockcoat).

My black cat would never have stood for it (in any case, she had only six white hairs, so there wouldn't have been much point to Sharpieing her), but my grey cat would have lolled in my arms, boneless and utterly submissive, and let me plaster of Paris him if that was what I wanted. Which is a not uncommon male cat response to a human female; possibly Jordan just lolled there, staring dreamily at S. and thinking "Jordan has no agency. Jordan is merely Mistress's plaything. Glorious sandy-haired Mistress, Sharpie as thou wilt."

Because books.

Hee!

I can't wait to see these pictures. If we had tried to Sharpie our late, beloved Puck, bloodshed would have been involved.

I imagine this is exactly what happened. I'm not sure who I'm more disappointed with.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

It's true. When my roommate and I had a young male cat, he was a fierce one, but every night without fail he would curl up next to her or me, by our heads, and purr his little heart out right next to our ear. (As we were trying to sleep, which was actually quite annoying, but sweet in an insane sort of way.)

Poor Sean. If I were in his shoes I'd be livid.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I am so very tempted to Sharpie Damien James when I get home. Better than murderizing him, which I was about to do at 3 a.m. this morning. Why do I always find the males with separation anxiety? Why????
