Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Woo-hoo, Hil!

I knew it.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Rock on, Hil!!! Woot!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Yay, Hil!

I think I may need to punk O's hair out, put on his black pirate t-shirt and take some pictures.

Only if you want to kill us all ded with the piratey cuteness.

Thrive to spite them

I just got back from the belly dance Meet up. It was cool and I met new people, one of them works in a comic book store and now has enticed me back ( I havent' bought any in awhile) he's going to show me 2 series he was talking about and also he had several recommendations for anime I might like.

I'm really proud of myself because I'm being social and stuff!

Finally, I got my hair cut this week but I'm not 100% happy with it, I want to go back to spiky I think. But I'm thinking about maybe getting it cut more like this - [link] - the next time I get it cut.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

She now as to wear tweed ALL THE TIME.

With elbow patches.

Ask her what she wore to the exam, though. Decidedly UN-academic, IMO.

Congrats, Hil! We knew you could do it! Well, I did. I have it on some authority that some people around here...maybe didn't.

Ok, by "some authority" I mean randomly edited together words from Sports Center. Let met tell you, "Buffistas" was a hard series of syllables to get together.

Dave just helped me put together my new bookcase and by helped I mean, did most of the work while I sat there trying to look useful. I think I am too achy right now to put books in it though. It is going to be a pain trying to get this place in shape before my little gathering for Tal tomorrow, especially since I have a dentist appointment in RI tomorrow. I am dreading the dentist appointment. I haven't been in forever, and I am sure I have at least one cavity.

move out and draw fire

Yay Hil! Not a surprising outcome, but congrats.

I adore the boxed milk. It's great for coffee. Hard to find though

(laughs a little desperately) Greece is the first place I've lived overseas where they've had fresh milk. Normally it's all shelf-stable or powder. I hate powdered milk.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Raq, Is the shelf-stable stuff like the boxed milk or different?

I don't think I want to live in a fresh dairy free world. It's just wrong.
