I never knew your place was over a restaurant (until the last few days), vw. Roaches and mice probably come with the territory. The landlord should probably be treating regularly.
Ugh. Exterminator is here. He says they didn't say anything about cockroaches...just mice. I hope my landlord gets here soon to get this figured out. Otherwise, the dude's gonna leave.

As punishment, I think vw's landlord should be forced to live in a building managed by my landlord. And vice versa.

They could amuse themselves by harassing each other for move-out dates months before the 30 days, neglecting major maintenance until it's way past due, and invading each others' space on absurdly short notice for the kind of dinky stuff where they really could just be leaving each other alone!
