Interestingly, it translates "paga pal" from Italian to "satisfied pal", and "paga palina" as "satisfied small pole".

Interestingly, it translates "paga pal" from Italian to "satisfied pal", and "paga palina" as "satisfied small pole".
The former sounds like a friends-with-benefits thing. I wouldn't touch the latter with a much larger pole, satisfied, or not.
